Our Policy

All of our products are custom-made on demand through Printify. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse
• Duplicate orders placed by mistake

We strongly encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will make it right:

• Visible printing errors or defects
• Wrong item or design received
• Damaged or torn product upon arrival
• Significantly different from what was ordered

To file a claim, contact us at support@bargindepot.shop within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

We will respond promptly and resolve the issue with a free reprint or full refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed
• After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled
• To request a cancellation, email support@bargindepot.shop immediately with your order number

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

Payment

Production & Fulfillment

• All products are custom-made through Printify after your order is placed
• Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment
• We are not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partner or shipping carriers

Shipping

• Shipping times and costs vary by location and product
• Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays

Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors
